Please enter a unique nickname. Most common names like John, Sandy, Alex have already been taken. Instead try something like these: John1972 or Sandy21 or Alex_35_Aus. Get the idea?

SECURITY & FIREWALL'S
If a small window alert popped up after you entered the room that said...'GET JAVA', then you need the NEW JAVA plugin for your browser. If a small alert didn't pop up when you joined the room, then you already have the latest java plugin. The chat will still work with the old JAVA plugin, but with limited options...

CLICK HERE to download the NEW JAVA plugin IF YOU NEED IT. You only have to do this once and it only takes a few minutes. 'Save' it to your desktop and then once downloaded, double click it to install it. Wait for it to finish downloading/installing. When it says its finished, close your browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox, etc), then rejoin the chatroom.

If you see nothing but a big empty grey area above, then your firewall is blocking JAVA from working. Drop your firewall security down a level and check Internet Explorer security settings to make sure it is on medium.

Tip1: You dont need to press 'Send' every time you type something to the chatroom. Just hit 'Enter' on the keyboard instead.

Tip2: Clicking once on 'Action', 'Options' or 'Help' will drop down menu's.
